- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after order confirmation.
- Freshness Guarantee: Perishable and fresh items like Kilakkarai Thothal and fresh batches of Karuppati are carefully packed in food-grade packaging immediately prior to dispatch to preserve quality.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an email and/or SMS confirmation with your order details as soon as your order is placed successfully.
2. Shipping & Delivery
We partner with reliable courier services to ensure your orders reach you safely across India.
- Delivery Timelines: Standard delivery generally takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your delivery location. Metro cities and regional locations within Tamil Nadu typically receive orders faster.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your package and the destination pin code.
- Order Tracking: Once your package is dispatched, a tracking link and consignment details will be sent to your registered contact information.
- Address Accuracy: Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate delivery addresses along with a valid phone number to avoid delivery delays.

4. Packaging Standards

- Transit Safety: Fragile or delicate packages, including pure palm jaggery, are layered with protective packaging to prevent damage during long-distance transit.
- Natural Variations: Because our products are hand-crafted and naturally sourced (such as hand-cut Karuppati or sun-dried Karuvadu), slight natural variations in appearance, size, or shade may occur.
5. Order Cancellations & Support
If you need to make changes to your order, please notify us immediately.
- Cancellation Window: Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement or before the status changes to "Dispatched". Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
